Payment reminders

A polite, on-brand nudge goes out when a balance is due — in your name, never ours.

When a balance is coming due, RiteBinder can send a reminder to your couple or family — a short, polite note in your name, with your brand, linking to how they pay you.

You preview the exact wording before anything sends, and you choose when reminders go out relative to the ceremony date. Nothing is a surprise.

Reminders only ever ask the client to pay you through your own links. RiteBinder never touches the money and never markets to your clients.

Turn reminders off for a ceremony, or off entirely, from the Money screen. Some officiants prefer to nudge by hand — that is fine too.

A reminder stops the moment the balance is marked paid, so no one is ever chased for money they already sent.

Still stuck? Email help@ritebinder.com and a real person answers, usually within one business day.

Be first through the door.

The day RiteBinder opens, run a whole ceremony from one desk — book it, write it with the couple or family, and read it from the podium on the day, even with no signal. The founding offer opens to you first. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it's live.

  • Book and write, one desk
  • Your money, your links
