Some words are meant to be a surprise. RiteBinder lets each block carry a visibility scope, so a partner’s vows are not spoiled and your private notes stay yours.
Partner-only vows: one partner writes their vows and the other cannot see them in the portal. Both reach you, so you can prompt and time them — but neither partner sees the other’s until the day.
Officiant-only notes: staging cues, pronunciation notes, a reminder to pause — visible to you alone, never in anyone’s portal and never printed on a couple’s copy.
Every block shows a plain-language line of who can see it, so there is never a guess. If a block is partner-only, it says so, right there.
