Podium mode: offline, type size, and themes
The performance surface: large type, dark and light themes, and it works with no signal.
Podium mode is the screen you actually read from while you perform. It is built for a live ceremony, not for editing, and it is never gated on any plan.
It works offline. Once a ceremony is on your device, podium mode needs no signal — no bars at a barn, an airplane-mode phone, a graveside with no reception. The words are there regardless.
Set your type size so the script is comfortable at arm’s length, and pick a theme: a warm dark stage for low light, a clean light one for bright sun. Both are tuned to stay readable at large sizes.
Your speaker cues and private notes ride along, marked so you know when to pause, when a partner speaks, when a reader steps up.
Because it is offline-first, test it once before the day: open the ceremony, switch to airplane mode, and confirm the script is fully there. It will be.
